Bunions are also a medical condition known as Hallux Valgus. Hallux Valgus (bunions) is when the toe tilts away from the mid-line of the body. Characterized by a lump or bump on the foot that is red, swollen and/or painful on the inside of the foot in and around the big toe joints.

• For those in more pain, a cold compress, or ice wraps can assist the feet immediately.



• Try soaking your feet in Epsom salts or specifically designed foot soaks



• Other things that might help your feet come back quickly from painful bunions might be: foot massage therapy and/or specific bunion pads.
