I am always iffy with buying online but I checked the sizing on the website thoroughly, looked up what the measurement meant, measured my foot as told, and ordered a size 10, it was to small, told them had to send pictures of my foot and the shoes with the measuring tape, they sent me a “replacement” now a replacement is suppose to replace and FIX the issue, I got in the new pair SAME issue wrong sizing due to their sizing chart being wrong, if you’re a 10 inch foot you will NOT fit a 10 their ONLY 10 inches themselves, I messaged about the issue got a reply pretty much telling me they don’t care I got my replacements, I said if you won’t send the correct size refund me and I have to buy them, they refunded me just the shoe money not the shipping so far I have to wait for a reply about that, the whole issue wasn’t my fault and they treated me like it was and to bad I can’t fit their shoe. It was and still is frustrating I have pictures when asked I was honest, replacement means fixing the issue, when the issue isn’t fixed and you can’t wear any of the shoes, than don’t expect much just deal with it I guess? So size 10 people just go straight for an 11 if your foot is even near 10 inches while measuring, but I couldn’t trust the sizing chart. Now I know this maybe just me, maybe you can trust it but if this helps someone skip the whole problem than great. ( or it maybe the color I chose isn’t correct (white)
